Kathyrn D’Angelo is a creative connector of ideas, individuals and teams with a strong commitment to values-based leadership. She has a passion for creating places and space for teams to innovate, whether this is in education or in technology. Kathyrn previously was a senior executive team member in public education serving as an Assistant Superintendent of Schools. In this role she initiated and inspired several significant technological changes both on the business side as well as on the K-12 education side changing how individuals do business, communicate and communicate learning.
Kathyrn has served on many provincial, metro and district committees representing the K-12 and post-secondary education systems. She has also served on the Board of Directors for Distributed Learning BC. Kathyrn has authored several publications, anthologies, and recently contributed to a book on Problem Based Learning in Teacher Education. Kathyrn is excited to be involved with ShareEdBC as she is passionate about innovation in education.
